our first alumni training

In our strategic plan, we made a commitment to create new opportunities for alumni to connect and to continue building upon their skills for effective and sustainable leadership.

Therefore, we are proud to invite all of our Coro alumni from the Immigrant Civic Leadership Program (ICLP) and New American Leaders (NAL) program to our very first Alumni Advanced Training!

During this inaugural alumni training, participants will:

  • Explore current areas in their work where they feel "stuck" or dissatisfied, as evidenced by complaints or unmet expectations.
  • Learn tools to take action and produce results.

An important part of our work will be incorporating different points of view (including those you experience as difficult) regarding the issue or problem in order to arrive at a creative solution.  Training will be provided by Jose Acevedo, Personal Leadership Trainer.
